How would you describe yourself?

I am a creative, empathetic and curious perfectionist.

What interests you about your role and Eliot Partnership?

I am incredibly excited to learn more about insurance and to form new relationships within the market. It is fascinating to be part of a company that operates with one P&L globally and I like that the team is close-knit with a friendly culture.

What are your passions/hobbies?

Cooking and baking, food photography, music, walking my very energetic Labradors, skiing and backgammon!

What is something that you lean on daily?

My empathy and emotional intelligence which enables me to connect and understand those around me. I also wouldn’t get through a day without being able to listen to music at some point.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

A doctor or a pastry chef. Or a doctor who ran a hospital with a patisserie inside. I couldn’t make my mind up so Executive Search was the next logical option.
