Brief
We meet with key stakeholders to consult and discuss the role and the ideal candidate including key professional / personal attributes and leadership skills.
Research
We undertake tailored research and overlay this fresh analysis onto existing market knowledge to produce a comprehensive universe or long list within three weeks.
Shortlist
We present initial research and shortlist to client for discussion. Following initial consultation, we approach a small number of mutually agreed suitable individuals.
Interviews
We approach, interview and perform rigorous assessments of selected shortlist candidates and make recommendations to the client. Client commences interviews.
Delivery
We manage candidates through the interview process, challenging expectations and negotiating packages through to orchestrating successful resignation.
Follow up
We ensure successful on-boarding of the new candidate within the client organisation, including short and mid-term monitoring and feedback.
