Good data and good people form the bedrock of executive search. Being able to work closely with my colleagues to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the tools we use helps empower our collective success at Eliot Partnership.

What is your pertinent life hack/lesson?

Sometimes in life there are times where it is okay to not be okay, but always do your best and cherish each moment as it comes.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

An art psychologist!
