What interests you about your role and Eliot Partnership?
It might be cliché to say that in business, people are your biggest asset, but I believe it’s true. Therefore, having the chance at Eliot Partnership to help shape the insurance industry through the people we place is something I find extremely rewarding. It’s also exciting to have pivoted into the retained search side of the recruitment industry, where there is greater possibility to build meaningful long-term relationships across industry.Â
What are your hobbies/passion?
Most sports and Nutmeg (my dog!)
Lytton joins Eliot Partnership after spending three years at a London based contingent recruitment firm where he focused on placing US based Insurance brokers, primarily in the Private Equity and M&A market. Before this, he spent a brief period as an Intern in the Sales team of a London based Insurtech where he gained early but still valuable customer facing skills.
Away from work, Lytton is an avid sports fan. You’ll often find him watching whichever sport is on live and playing many of them too when possible.
