Our Search-lite process is designed for complex, yet less senior hiring needs, utilising our robust Search-lite methodology, high quality research and exemplary service. Compared with Executive Search, this is a contained offering which is aimed at identifying and attracting the rising stars who support Executive and Senior Management teams.
Constraints regarding the nature and confidentiality of certain positions, time sensitivity to fill a vacancy, and level of seniority of a position all may preclude a full executive search process being undertaken. We assess this criteria prior to conducting a Search-lite assignment in order to fulfil the requirement with the necessary process.
