Britt Reiss, who is based in Bermuda, joins Eliot Partnership with over 15 years of executive search experience, the majority of which focused on the insurance and reinsurance industries. Most recently, she was the Managing Partner of The James Partnership Ltd./BermudaREcruit Ltd., an affiliate of Ernst & Young (EY), where she built the firm’s Executive Search branch into Bermuda’s largest and most successful recruiter in the insurance and reinsurance market. Prior to that she worked for Hays PLC, a global specialist recruitment group, where she developed senior-level relationships with clients and candidates throughout the United Kingdom.
This newly created position recognizes Bermuda’s significance in the global insurance and reinsurance industries, its leading role in developing risk management solutions and the continued growth potential of the Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) market on the island. Ms. Reiss will grow Eliot Partnership’s footprint in Bermuda and will be a key member of Eliot Partnership’s team serving and growing its wider global client base through its existing offices in London, New York, Singapore and Zurich.
