Nigel has 20 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry as a Human Resources leader, having held various executive positions in XL, Catlin and Starstone. Bringing a deep understanding of the global insurance and reinsurance industry and the critical role that human capital management plays in driving successful businesses, the Eliot team is delighted to welcome Nigel on board.
In this newly created position, Nigel will be based in the London office, led by Guy Turton, Partner, and will support the strategic growth of the London platform. He will focus on developing client relationships and executing on assignments, particularly specialising on Board and C-suite level appointments. In addition, Nigel will work with the firm's global and regional management teams in the Bermuda, London, New York, Singapore and Zurich offices to serve its growing global client base.
