One of the highlights was a couple months ago. We were extremely fortunate to have a discussion with D&I champion Karishma Motwani across Eliot Partnership's global offices. The whole team found it a call to action and our key takeaways were:

We look forward to continuing to actualise our D&I strategy in 2021. It's looking like an impactful agenda.
