Based in New York, Aanika is a passionate diversity and inclusion professional constantly striving to be a thought leader and innovator in the DEI field.
As Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Aanika will be the main external point of access for all things DEI, and will focus on building meaningful and sustainable inclusion strategies centered around DEI process implementation and fostering a sense of belonging internally, as well as with Clients.
She will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing Eliot Partnership’s Diversity and Inclusion Roadmap
- Providing leadership and strategic direction to our global DEI Committee
- Coordinating and collaborating/advising to align company policies, processes and trainings with diversity and inclusion strategies
Initially having joined the firm as an Associate, this new role will be accretive to her research and execution work, while also serving as an opportunity for Aanika to excel within the field of DEI, which she is most passionate about.
