How would you describe yourself?
I’ve been described by family, friends, and even astrology charts as calm, dependable, and ambitious. As the oldest of six siblings, and the soon-to-be parent of two cats, I’m big on family. I enjoy volunteering in my community, and staying active through sports and hiking. I’m always eager to try new experiences and explore new places.
What interests you about your role and Eliot Partnership?
As a generalist in my previous executive search career, I’m excited by the opportunity to grow into an industry expert within the insurance space. I’m especially drawn to Eliot Partnership’s inclusive culture and the chance to collaborate with such a thoughtful, intelligent group of colleagues.
What makes you unique?
My attention to detail and emotional intelligence are what I consider my greatest differentiators in the workplace. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients, candidates, and colleagues from a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Combined with my own multicultural and travelled upbringing, this allows me to adapt quickly and build genuine connections with diverse groups of people.
What is your biggest asset?
My ability to balance precision with empathy by delivering thoughtful, reliable work while understanding the people behind it.
What is your most pertinent life hack or lesson?
Stay curious and adaptable. Being open to learning and comfortable with change has served me well both professionally and personally.
