How would you describe yourself?

I’m an introspective and creative thinker, always eager to dig into problems that need solving. My curiosity drives me to constantly explore and understand why the world works the way it does.

What interests you about your role and Eliot Partnership?

Helping team leaders develop systems to improve processes and efficiency is something I genuinely enjoy doing. The opportunity to do it for a team this nimble, hardworking, and supportive was one I could not pass up!

What are your passions / hobbies?

On a personal level, I am passionate about making others feel heard. As a creative outlet, I like to shoot and edit videos in my free time.
