What do you enjoy about your role and Eliot Partnership?

I have heard of Eliot Partnership but what surprised me the most was the ONE Global P&L which, may I say, is unheard of in the climate we are operating in!

I have always geared myself to such a working environment and I am glad that it does exist with Eliot Partnership.

What’s your biggest asset?

My biggest asset is my family. They are my most fervent supporters.

 

Maryann is a seasoned search professional with over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry, partnering with global carriers, reinsurers, brokers, and fintech firms to build high-performing teams and appoint senior and rising star talent across the Asia Pacific region.

Her career began in the fast-paced fashion industry, where she developed a sharp eye for market shifts, consumer behaviour, and understanding what makes the right fit. These early experiences honed her instinct for people, strategy, and decision-making skills that have become central to her success in executive search.

Maryann combines strategic talent acquisition expertise with a consultative approach, making her a trusted advisor to both multinational and boutique insurance organisations navigating talent challenges in a highly regulated and competitive market. Her search experience spans Life, Non-Life, Reinsurance, Broking, and Fintech.

She joined Eliot Partnership in July 2025, bringing with her a deep understanding of the insurance talent landscape and a commitment to finding the right leaders for complex, specialised roles.

Outside of work, Maryann enjoys gardening, singing, and spending quality time with her family.
