Adrian Matis

What do you enjoy about your role and Eliot Partnership?

I like to accompany companies, as well as candidates, in their development and support them in their change process in the long term. I like the international environment and the global cooperation at Eliot Partnership, but still being able to make a difference on a national level.

What’s your biggest asset?

I can quickly adapt to new situations and conditions in order to quickly adapt to the needs and requirements of the client. Furthermore I am able to build longterm relationships with clients and candidates.

What gives you meaning at work?

Identifying the needs, requirements and wishes of both companies and candidates and bringing these two parties together. If both are satisfied in the end, I have done a good job.

Adrian has more than 15 years of professional experience in executive search and has worked on national and international assignments. Before joining Eliot Partnership, he worked for several executive search firms, specialising in insurance companies and assisting them in various searches on different levels.

He started his career in 2006 in Michael Page’s Dusseldorf office. In 2011, he joined HAYS, where he was responsible for the Finance & Accounting division for insurance companies. Over the years, his focus shifted more and more to executive search, and he took over the development of this business unit within the CFO Practice in 2016.

In his spare time, Adrian enjoys travelling, mainly to the South East Asia region, and spending time with family and friends. He is also interested in U.S. Sports.
