How would you describe yourself?

A naturally optimistic and social individual, I strive to maintain a positive outlook on life and all its challenges. I am equally passionate about insurance and sports, and I am driven by opportunities to connect with new people. My ultimate aim is to assist others in achieving their career goals and aspirations.

What interests you about your role and Eliot Partnership?

Firmly established in the insurance industry, the opportunity to join the Eliot Partnership in August presented an irresistible chance to fully leverage my extensive experience in the sector. Additionally, it will allow me to expand my expertise in the specialist recruitment and executive search market, which I found highly appealing.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

That’s an easy one. Ideally, I would have been a footballer (soccer player) or, more realistically, a graphic designer, given my lifelong passion for art, drawing, and media. I would have loved to work on something as captivating as “Jurassic Park,” which mesmerized me all those years ago!

However, talent—or the lack thereof—put an end to both dreams. Like many others, I eventually found my way into the insurance industry and haven’t looked back since.

What is your biggest asset?

I would say its my ability to foster new relationships and establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
