How would you describe yourself?

An optimist, grounded in realism. I believe that a positive mindset geared toward results is the best way to set and achieve goals. I am quite gregarious, thriving in situations where I get to meet new people or catch up with an old friend.

What is something about you that you lean on daily?

Problem solving is key in both my professional and personal life. I find that identifying attainable, actionable steps helps to make any challenge surmountable.

What gives you meaning at work?

Cultivating purposeful relationships with clients and candidates. It is so rewarding knowing that by forging these relationships we are able to help grow our clients’ business as well as our own.

As part of the North American team, he is responsible for supporting leadership searches across functional and front end positions for key clients.

He began his career in Executive Search in 2019, providing support on middle management to C-Suite level searches for global Transaction Banks, Payments Companies and Fintechs. Prior to this, Andrew performed as a Musical Theatre Actor across North America in touring and regional productions.

In his spare time, Andrew is an avid runner, enjoys cooking and attending theatrical productions and concerts.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a BFA in Music Theatre and a minor in Business Administration.
