How would you describe yourself?
Others have described me as principled, adventurous and attentive which I would agree with.
What interests you about your role and Eliot Partnership?
I have a longstanding interest in the re/insurance sector and the fundamental role it plays as a bulwark in the face of (ever increasing) climate, political and commercial uncertainties. Working for the Eliot Partnership provides an opportunity to become an authority in the sector and to place leaders into positions of authority and responsibility to drive creative, technical and regulatory responses to the multitude of global challenges.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
Having been fortunate enough to have been educated internationally I naturally have an interest in international affairs and an ability to assimilate into different cultures. I wanted to combine my background with my love of travelling and books to be a travel writer. Who knows, perhaps it’s never too late to follow in the steps of Ernest Hemingway!
What is your biggest asset?
The ability to listen, empathise and build trust.
