Lucy has prior experience in the executive search market, having previously assisted re/insurance Broker and Carrier clients with various mandates, including the research and subsequent build out of a high-growth broking start-up. Before joining the search industry, Lucy served as a researcher for a boutique corporate intelligence agency, supporting high-profile investigative projects globally. She began her career at Swiss Re, gaining broad technical experience and cross-class exposure through roles in both the underwriting and sales teams.
Lucy was educated at Cheltenham Ladies’ College and graduated from the University of Manchester with a BSocSc in Politics & International Relations.
In her spare time, Lucy enjoys collecting Art/Prints, attending auctions and antique markets, music festivals, concerts, and playing netball.
