1Brief
EP meets with key stakeholders to consult and discuss the role and the ideal Candidate including key professional / personal attributes and leadership skills.
2Research
EP undertakes tailored research and overlays this fresh analysis onto existing market knowledge to produce a comprehensive universe or long list within three weeks.
3Shortlist
EP presents initial research and shortlist to Client for discussion. Following initial consultation, EP approaches a small number of mutually agreed suitable individuals.

4Interviews
EP approaches, interviews and performs rigorous assessment of selected shortlist Candidates and makes recommendations to the Client. Client commences interviews.
5Delivery
EP manages Candidates through the interview process, challenging expectations and negotiating packages through to orchestrating successful resignation.
6Follow up
EP ensures successful on-boarding of the new Candidate within the Client organisation, including short and mid-term monitoring and feedback.
